@FrontierCorp Ok. I requested a final bill in October and didn’t get it. Got an email in December. Tried to log in and couldn’t do anything. Tried to call and the phone system is horrible. Finally got a bill this month that’s a collections threat. So I’m a little pissed.

@FrontierCorp love when your reps absolutely lie to me saying I could get a technician to service me today and when I call to follow up on it I find out no request was ever made. Then when I try to cancel I found out that department is closed. What can I do today?

@FrontierCorp it’s extremely difficult trying to get a live person on the phone to review my billing options. Your live chat is a joke and keeps sending me in circles. And now you’re not even open on Saturdays? Never had this issue with Verizon FiOS.

@FrontierCorp moved to #frontiercom in Sep. the optical wires on drive way from street junction. 5months-50 calls - no service to put a conduit to wall. Pathetic service.

@FrontierCorp LOL. It never ends. The service constantly goes down. You send people out to fix- after suffering shoddy service for weeks and then it happens again and again. Ground hogs day. It began with massive over charges when you inherited Verizon’s FL business. Please file bankruptcy.

@AskFrontier Was burglarized recently. Caught the subject on my security camera, but because my internet speeds are so inconsistent, the image quality is poor. You're my only option other than satellite, which sucks just as bad. Do better.

One of the best things about being a @AskFrontier customer is how dependable they are. Your service goes out, it's dependably 5-to-7 days before they can get someone out to fix it, by which point I'll probably have taken up marionettes for entertainment.

@FrontierCorp Fiber 500 internet might be great, but the drawback is if you have a landline, that service ends, and Frontier telephone service is the same as Spectrum. Frontier thinks faster internet is more important than telephone service. It is all about revenue, not satisfied customers.

@FrontierCorp My internet service needs technical support & I called Frontier for tech support. Their Rep. could not help & got a service ticket number & still no one has called to schedule a technician to come out. I’m a small business owner and need the service. UNACCEPTABLE

Once again @FrontierCorp @AskFrontier has shown they have poor customer service. One rep tried to keep asking the same questions over and over. I asked to be transferred to another person and he asked me the same questions over again just to be transferred. Time to switch!!

One of the best things about moving is not having to deal with @FrontierCorp anymore. In all my dealings on my mom’s estate they have been the worst vendor to deal with.

@FrontierCorp Their fiber works but the technology doesn’t last too long and then you experience the real problems with @FrontierCorp and their service when an outage occurs they quote 3 weeks for an appointment!!!! They don’t have a customer approach and combined with cheap devices it’s ugly
