Sanjiv, along with his co-founders Sunil Puri and Anil Apte, is responsible for driving sustainable corporate growth by making Iris Software a strategic business partner to our Fortune 1000 customers. A qualified chartered accountant, Sanjiv has a high signal-to-noise ratio that allows him extreme clarity into the task at hand.

Sanjiv was instrumental in incubating Friends of Seva Mandir and has served as a Board member for over 10 years. He is an avid yoga practitioner and a music buff. He creates playlists in his spare time and has some 40 playlists with more than 1,000 songs.

As one of the three founders of Iris Software, Sunil has focused on driving growth by constantly working to enhance client experiences. He has consciously deployed technology tools to help clients meet complex needs and succeed in those endeavors. Over the years, he has worked to expand the range of competencies at the company through various programs.

Sunil strives to ensure that Iris Software consistently lives up to its tagline “When IT Matters Most, We Deliver”. To be sure, Iris Software has grown by taking on complex application development projects and has delivered on discerning client expectations.

Sunil enjoys playing golf, and is a voracious reader. He rarely misses an opportunity to recommend a good book to his colleagues.

Anil, as a co-founder of Iris, has focused on driving corporate growth by building an enterprise with best in class industry practices in software delivery, engineering and process, quality and innovation to provide an unparalleled client experience.

Anil’s philosophy of extreme attention to employee care has translated into building an institution with high standards of employee-focused culture and people-sensitive management style embodied in his mantra of “Employee First, Client First”.

Anil is involved with Serving People in Need (SPIN), an organization that does charitable work for homeless children. Anil enjoys motorcycling, especially exploring backtrails on his dirt bike.

As Global Head of Financial Services Sales at Iris Software, Sameer is adding fresh momentum to the company’s growth engine with value-added initiatives on the back of domain experience and technology innovation.

An alum from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Sameer has more than 20 years of experience in the IT services industry. Prior to joining Iris Software, he has had a successful career at a large technology services company, where he built its banking and financial services business. He has extensive experience in the financial services domain, leading sales, client engagement and management, go-to-market strategies, alliances, and analyst and advisor relationships.

As CTO, Ravi provides technology and FS domain leadership and helps elevate the customer experience.

Ravi has over 30 years of experience in delivering technology solutions and has played key roles in managing large transformation initiatives using innovative technologies at several companies including Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, Nomura Securities, Lehman Brothers, Sapient, and I-flex Solutions.

Being CTO, Ravi also leads the horizontal practices including Data & Analytics, Cloud, Automation, and other emerging technologies.

Ravi holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, and a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi.

Ravi enjoys traveling. He lives in South Brunswick, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.

Ravi Chodagam is responsible for setting strategy and driving growth for the Enterprise Services business unit. Ravi brings more than 22 years of consulting, account management and sales experience in IT services. He has managed business units with P&L responsibilities, client relationships and delivery of big-ticket global transformation programs for Fortune 1000 customers by implementing digital technology solutions. He has cross-sector vertical market experience including in CPG, retail, logistics, travel & transportation, insurance, energy, manufacturing and financial services. Over his professional career, he has started and scaled up several businesses, set up new sales & delivery centers in North America, Europe and LatAm, grown industry verticals and managed business units.

Ravi has an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Kurukshetra University, India. His passions include landscape photography, cooking and tinkering with the latest technology gadgets.

In his role as Vice President of Sales, Brett is a consummate relationship builder, leveraging his skills as a master storyteller. Collaboration and team building comes naturally to this 20-year IT veteran, and he excels in new business development, strategic account management and a distinct ability to appreciate the nuances of client needs. He builds on those with workable plans and delivers on them with high visibility. He is especially adept at serving clients in banking and financial services (BFS), and risk services.

Brett is a demonstrative leader in diversity, inclusion and in creating a positive organizational culture.

As Vice President and Business Unit Head of Financial Services, Vinay is responsible for ‘customer delight’ and driving business growth in the financial services domain.

Vinay has more than 22 years of experience in the IT services industry with a deep understanding of the financial services vertical and expertise in building and scaling up businesses. Prior to Iris Software, he held leadership roles with Tata Consultancy Services.

Vinay is a strong advocate of customer centricity and has a strong track record of working with customers in solving their problems and investing in their success.

Vinay has a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India. He also successfully completed an Executive Leadership Program with the Ross School of Business.

Vinay enjoys travelling, reading fiction, is passionate about cars and is a movie buff. He lives in West Windsor, New Jersey, with his wife and two children.

As the chief talent scout at Iris Software, Sanjay has built a robust platform for global talent acquisition operations, along with the requisite processes. He excels as a thought leader in recruitment strategies. Innovative at the core, he is constantly looking for newer ways to scale resourcing-related technology and to maximize outcomes. Clients see in him a trusted partner who provides resourcing solutions of the highest caliber and ensures customer success.

Sanjay has worn multiple hats at Iris Software over the years, including in sales. His professional career has been a unique combination of corporate roles, consulting and academics.

Sanjay has a degree in science from Delhi University and an MBA from Symbiosis International University in Pune, both in India. He enjoys travelling and reading in his leisure hours

Dhruv is responsible for delivery strategy, scaling capabilities and innovation to empower Iris Software teams to deliver predictable solutions and value-based differentiation for clients.

Dhruv has enabled business outcomes for organizational transformation journeys, leveraging best-of-breed technology, engineering and ways of working with global talent. He has directed several complex digital and technology programs for leading global banks, capital markets’ firms and market regulators. He has also led engineering teams to conceptualize and deliver industry-recognized products, platforms and solutions.

Dhruv holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and is a certified SAFe™ practitioner.

Asheesh oversees global delivery responsibilities at Iris Software, infusing in them strong engineering practices and technological capabilities. His specialties are primarily in the financial services domain, where he has managed teams supporting wealth management and trade life cycle applications. He is a champion of strategy and transformation, and has extensive experience in heading P&L functions, with a keen focus on operating levers, top-line growth, maximizing margins and sticking to time and cost budgets.

Asheesh has a B.E. in computer science from Pune University, India. His passions include fitness, photography and personal finance. He also gets revved up by the latest technology in superbikes

As Vice President and Head of Delivery for the Enterprise Services business unit at Iris Software, Salil works closely with clients to establish the company as a key partner in digital transformation. That journey involves re-imagining customer experiences, improving the ROI from technology solutions, implementing new engineering methods or helping operationalize new digital business models. Throughout his career, Salil has been driven by a passion for solving complex problems, embracing change and delivering unprecedented outcomes. His mantra: Stay committed to lifelong learning and strongly believe that the best is yet to come.

Salil holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is a technologist at heart. He is also a travel enthusiast, an avid sports lover and an aspiring street photographer.

Prem drives the strategy and the solutions-led model for the Data and Analytics Practice at Iris. He is an experienced digital transformation and practice leader with a special focus on data and analytics. Prem consults with clients on artificial intelligence and business intelligence, and Big Data initiatives with thought leadership, advisory and point-of-view discussions.

Prem has a degree in mechanical engineering from BITS, Pilani, India. He also attended a post graduate program in management at the Indian Institute of Management.

Prem invests his personal time in managing non-profits, charities and voluntary services.

Ritesh drives the strategy and the solutions-led model for the Automation Practice. He has spearheaded many high impact transformational projects globally by leveraging Intelligent Automation, Test Automation and DevOps competencies. Ritesh is a seasoned business-focused technology leader with more than two decades of experience and deep expertise and a passion for Automation.

Ritesh past experience includes expertise in incubating and growing trans-national software development centers for leading Investment Banks from ground zero. He is passionate about developing robust engineering principles for end-to-end implementation of projects with large-team collaborations across various disciplines – Product Engineering, Delivery & Professional services, etc.

Ritesh is a people-driven leader with a profound and deep concern for the success and well-being of the teams he leads. At Iris, he has built strong technical teams, keeping the client at the center of everything, a core foundational value evident in Iris’ culture.

He holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Karnataka University, India. Ritesh invests a considerable part of his personal time in NGO activities paying deep, thoughtful attention to the issues of the ignored, down-trodden and under privileged members of our society and helps to arrange life-essential and medical amenities for them

Aman aims to establish a “Zero Surprise” environment at Iris Software in his role as Vice President and Head Business Assurance. His key responsibilities include establishing a culture of predictable delivery through operational stability; and a culture of process transformation/ improvement through Lean and Agile principles. He also works to establish and sustain compliance with contractual requirements; and to ensure alignment with customer objectives through outcome-based measurement systems. He drives the customer experience journey and measures that through six-monthly customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT).

Aman’s passion is to drive efficiencies by using the power of process. On the personal front, he loves to make connections and enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys watching movies

As the controller of Iris, Navin is responsible for the financial operations of the company. He is a Finance specialist in the IT services space with 14 years in the industry. His credo is data-driven decision making.

Navin is a Certified Public Accountant with over two decades of experience with global companies in a variety of areas including financial strategy and decision support, financial planning, comp plan design, cash and forex management, budgeting and reporting, statutory and management accounting, business controls and financial risk management, statutory compliance, costing of services, implementation of financial processes and procedures, setting up and integration of international legal entities, tax planning and management, procurement and vendor negotiation.

Navin is also a Chartered Accountant, Management Accountant, Company Secretary, and an MBA graduate.

Navin enjoys time capsules in silence and personal development through understanding of self, observation and practice of meditation.

As Vice President, Head of Marketing at Iris Software, James is responsible for driving business growth with marketing. James creates mindshare for the Iris Software brand and grows market share for our offerings. He aligns our culture and brand to deliver a best-in-class customer and employee experience. In addition, he is establishing a world-class, modern marketing organization and building capabilities across brand, communications, digital and account-based marketing.

With more than 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, field marketing and public relations, James has built his career on brand building, strategic communications and revenue acceleration from leading companies in the life sciences, technology and telecommunications industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA in marketing and information systems from Fordham University.

Sharad brings to his role of leading human resources at Iris Software in India a wealth of experience gained from similar roles at other companies. Underpinning his success is an innate belief that “business is about people,” and that it is therefore important to understand “how to unleash the creative function of the employees,” so that they can excel in managing client portfolios.

Little wonder that Sharad has been ranked “India’s No. 2 HR Influencer” by the Society for Human Resource Management. At last count, he had 30,000 followers on LinkedIn and nearly 15,000 followers on Twitter. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, Sharad is also an avid blogger, and shares his insights on subjects ranging from mindfulness to talent hacking, technology and behavior.

Stanley Mohan heads our Human Resources function in Americas. Stanley drives strategic organizational effectiveness and development for SBUs to achieve their strategic goals. In his career spanning 25 years, he has focused on HR transformation, HR strategy, and human performance technology and change management.

He has a Master’s degree in MSSW, specializing in personnel management and industrial relations. He is an SHRM-SCP and an active member of SHRM North America. He is qualified / certified in MBTI Step1 &2, FIRO B and is a team-building workshops facilitator.

Stanley enjoys travelling and reading, apart from spending time with his family

Srikanth heads Workforce Management at Iris and shoulders a crucial and transformational role in building high-performance and high-impact teams.

He has over 28 years of experience across all aspects of the Talent Supply Chain and a proven track record in laying the foundations of the workforce processes and strategies to enable organizations to meet their growth objectives. During his tenure at a leading technology services provider, he has devised fulfillment strategies and developed staffing and skill fulfillment models for acquiring and building a great talent pool at optimized costs.

Srikanth holds a degree in Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics) and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management.

He believes in collaboration and people-centric solutions.

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, Meenu is responsible for talent fulfillment offshore across business lines and verticals. Meenu has 22+ years of experience in talent acquisition and has worked with organizations like Sapient, Impetus, and Coforge in her previous assignments.

A thought leader, Meenu comes with volume and niche hiring expertise. She has been instrumental in leading large-scale ramp-ups across diverse skills and technologies. At Iris, Meenu is responsible for defining and leading the organization’s talent acquisition strategy in India to enable fast-paced growth along with global leadership and corporate functions hiring. Additionally, she is responsible for driving change and transformation to build a performance-driven culture.

Meenu holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Delhi University and a postgraduate degree in Management from AIMA. She enjoys watching OTT and reading fiction in her leisure hours.

As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Iris Software, Kamal plays a crucial role in developing and executing cybersecurity strategies. He brings over 15 years of extensive experience with some of the leading IT services, consulting, and aviation firms. Some of his notable achievements include designing enterprise-wide cybersecurity solutions for clients in the U.S. and Europe while spearheading Cyber Risk Management initiatives.

Kamal, a thought leader in cybersecurity, has been instrumental in delivering effective solutions and steering projects from conceptualization to implementation. Through robust practices and frameworks, he has ensured organizations’ resilience against potential threats and strengthened their ability to proactively manage and mitigate cyber risks.

Kamal has a degree in Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and is committed to continuous improvement through collaboration and constant learning. He follows the mantra of achieving at least one technical certification each year, adding more to his current certifications, including CISSP, Data Privacy from FDPPI, ISO 27001 LA, ITIL, CCNA, and CCSA.

Kamal is also an enthusiastic speaker on Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation.
