UTMB Health MyChart access for adults ages 18 years and older. We need some information from you in order to grant you a MyChart account.
We need some information from you in order to grant you a MyChart account. Once submitted, the system will use the information provided to validate your identity and take you directly to MyChart to enroll. If we are unable to verify your identity instantly, we will email you an activation code and instructions on how to activate your MyChart account to the e-mail address you provided in the form. Should we have any questions regarding your submission, we will contact you via the phone number you provided in the form. You can expect to hear from us within 2 business days. If you have any questions, please contact your clinic.

Lab results, imaging studies and pathology reports all release to MyChart. All outpatient lab results release automatically within 24 hours of being sent to your provider. Inpatient results release within 36 hours of being sent to your provider. Patients receive their results quickly because we know they are anxious to see them, but there may be times the patient will see the result before the provider has had the opportunity to review them. Please allow the provider time to review the results and send a comment.
